Our mission is to give back.

At REALM, we were honored to be tasked by FLEX to design a community-focused project with the goal of giving back. We knew that home means much more than just a building. It’s a place where families grow and where a sense of belonging provides life-changing opportunities for individuals to realize their dreams.

With this insight, we created the “Power to Empower” program, which has been a resounding success for everyone involved. The video featured soccer team LAFC, Will Farrell, and the FLEX team, showcasing their commitment to lending their power and performance to rebuild communities and help individuals achieve their goals with every screw, nail, cut, and fix. At REALM, we believe that by working together and empowering communities, we can make a positive impact that lasts for generations.
